Position Overview:
As the Director, Project Management, you will play a highly visible and strategic role responsible for the in-house agency's efficiency and effectiveness across Anywhere's portfolio of brands. This role is your opportunity to lead and optimize project management processes, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. Your leadership will inspire a team of talented project managers, fostering an environment where operational excellence thrives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all project management activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and workflows to enhance productivity and ensure seamless project execution across multiple brands.
Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of project management, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Team Management: Guide and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-energy environment that encourages innovation and exceptional work.
Client Partnership: Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across Anywhere's portfolio of brands, serving as the primary liaison between clients and The Studio.
Performance Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and analyze data to draw meaningful insights, articulate trends, and recommend actionable strategies.
Quality Control: Ensure all project outputs meet the highest standards of quality and align with brand guidelines through regular reviews and feedback.
Creative Problem-Solving: Tackle complex and challenging projects with a creative and strategic mindset, delivering solutions that drive business impact.
Campaign and Content Development: Collaborate with brand marketing teams to create impactful creative campaigns and ongoing marketing content.
Data-Driven Strategies: Leverage dynamic data and personalization to optimize project outcomes and nurture customer relationships effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing, Strategy, and Data Teams to automate data flows and design innovative project management solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
Visionary Leadership: Outstanding project management judgment and the ability to guide the process from concept to completion.
Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive project plans that align with company goals and push for innovation.
Operational Expertise: Proven ability to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within a creative environment.
Team Management: Excellent team management and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire project managers.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to articulate the project vision and coach others to do the same.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with experience in regulated industries being a plus.
Industry Experience: 7-10 years in senior project management roles with successful brand campaigns, extensive experience in digital project management, and proficiency in relevant project management software.
Data Analysis: Expertise in building AI-generated reports and newsletters, expanding segmented marketing efforts, and developing cost analyses for various initiatives.
Leadership Development: Background in leadership training programs and a proven track record of driving operational excellence through standardized processes and automated systems.
