In this exciting role as a Director Global Restaurant Operations, you will be responsible for leading the Operational priorities as we move thought concept ideation, development and restaurant pilot testing for Conversational Commerce.
This position reports to the Senior Director, MCX Global Restaurant Operations and will be Chicago (MHQ) based.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Support ideation, development and launch of conversational commerce experiences, ensuring these initiatives seamlessly integrate into our current restaurant operations while elevating the customer and restaurant experience.
Partner with Conversational Commerce initiative lead to develop test plan, define operating standards and procedures and develop necessary tools and resources to launch.
Lead market zero testing efforts, engage as a strategic partner to test markets and work collaboratively across functions to drive the project forward ensuring timelines, goals and commitments are met.
Provide Senior leadership updates on initiative progress, keeping projects on track and budget where applicable
Manage/support Speedee Labs and in-restaurant testing, ensuring tests are designed for insights and ability to inform strategic decisions (menu, operations, digital, technology and restaurant design)
Define conversational commerce customer and operations key performance indicators, evaluate performance of test restaurants.

The expected salary range for this role is $168,350-218,860 per year

Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years business experience with progressive responsibilities owning initiatives and driving strategy
Knowledge and experience testing and deploying restaurant and customer facing solutions within a market
Held previous roles in Market Field operations
Must be fluent in English, with both strong written and verbal skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally based on project needs
Thinks at a Global, enterprise level and has ability to understand and represent multi-layered global and market audiences
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in defining/bringing structure to solve business problems
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey concepts and narratives in a compelling manner across stakeholder groups
Ensure proactive status updates are provided for workstreams and projects
