How You’ll Make an Impact

As Client Director, you will impact on building and nurturing deep, strategic partnerships within the Alcohol and Beverage vertical of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Leveraging your expertise in MarTech solutions and will identify opportunities to integrate advanced marketing technologies to enhance client campaign performance and deepen audience engagement. By aligning Epsilon’s comprehensive Digital Media and MarTech solutions with client objectives, you will drive measurable outcomes and cultivate value-based partnerships.

Committed to a consultative, solution-oriented approach, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to customize and seamlessly deliver strategies tailored to unique client needs. Through strategic planning and proactive account management, you will strengthen client trust and position Epsilon as a trusted advisor for innovative, results-driven marketing. Additionally, your negotiation skills and long-term growth focus will drive positive outcomes, ensuring both client satisfaction and sustained revenue growth, as we help clients leverage MarTech to reach their business goals and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Develop a roadmap for long-term success, securing sustainable growth and account expansion.

Who You Are

  • A dynamic and strategic professional with extensive experience in client management within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, particularly in the Alcohol and Beverage vertical.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term client partnerships.

  • Over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with expertise across strategy, analytics, media performance, and forecasting.

  • Skilled in consultative sales, adept at uncovering client needs and crafting customized Digital Media and MarTech solutions.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a keen ability to identify new business opportunities and market gaps.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Quantitative background with proficiency in analytic tools to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Highly collaborative and adaptable, excelling within team environments and committed to delivering excellence in client interactions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales Management software such as Salesforce.

  • What You’ll Bring With You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ Years of experience managing CPG digital campaigns with a proven track record of renewing and growing revenue from existing clients.

  • Extensive experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, specifically within the Alcohol and Beverage vertical.

  • Deep understanding of digital campaign management within CPG, with a strong background in utilizing Retailer Media Networks and 2 nd and 3 rd Party Retailer data.

  • Ability to deliver impactful, objective-based solutions tailored to client goals.

  • Self-motivated and skilled at identifying new business opportunities within a consultative, solution-selling environment.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, paired with solid strategic planning acumen, for navigating complex client needs and creating growth roadmaps.

  • Collaborative and adaptable team player, thriving in a fast-paced environment and working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce, ensuring efficient and organized account management.
