Growing legal department looking for an individual who is committed to excellence, interested in a collaborative work environment, and is eager to join a dynamic team of professionals. If you demonstrate a high level of initiative, responsibility, excellent attention to detail, and function well in a fast-paced environment, they would love to have you join the team! This role will provide comprehensive legal support to our corporate legal team, helping manage legal documents, correspondence, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and proofreading of legal documents and correspondence

• Organize and maintain corporate files, records, and databases

• Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments and track critical due dates

• Facilitate and assist with corporate transactions and governance activities

• Communicate with internal departments, external counsel, and authorities, as needed

• Conduct legal research as directed

• Perform other administrative duties as required

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a legal or corporate environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously

• High level of professionalism and social sensitivity in dealing with confidential matters
