Job Title: Project ManagerResponsibilities:

• Manage retail and restaurant construction projects

• Manages overall client relationship from initial assessment of client needs, through design concept presentations and final delivery of project while ensuring positive client experience.

• Works with design and technical teams to shape and understand the project scope

• Will be presenting and working with client for approved projects

• Establishes and ensures adherence to set budget

• Immediately informs Sr. PM or Project Director and/or client of any potential variances to the budget and makes appropriate modifications

• Manages collections for assigned projects with client and informs Finance Manager if there is an issue with timely collections.

• Identifies and pursues new business opportunities with existing and potential clients

• Will be assigning tasks, oversee work and provide feedback to staff assign to project

• Will be managing and developing a team of 3 to 5 individuals

Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience

• SCRUM and IT project management backgrounds are not applicable

• Post-graduate experience- not including internship experience

• Must have commercial project experience-Preferably Retail/Restaurant

• Knowledge of project management software. (Building Connected, Procore, Microsoft project)

• Experience writing and negotiating contracts for services, consultants and contractors

• Ability to communicate effectively, manage and lead team members internally and externally with all levels of staff
