Pay Range: 25.20 - 39.69

Summary:
Compensation Administrator (addition to staff; new role for an energetic candidate seeking to advance his/her career in the field of HR / Compensation. The Compensation Administrator provides day-to-day support for the Compensation department. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Required Job Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in payroll or HR experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling protected/confidential data.
• Experience pulling survey data from multiple systems. Effective communication skills both written and oral
• Customer service focus
• Ability to manage competing priorities
Preferred Job Qualifications:
• Experience in Compensation or Finance.
Responsibilities:
• Complete job evaluations by reviewing job summaries to assess appropriate market benchmarks and make recommendations on pay grade.
• Assist with and occasionally lead completion of small to mid-sized compensation survey submissions.
• Support the compensation team in the administration of compensation programs, including year-end planning cycle and salary structure maintenance.
• Runs standard and ad hoc compensation reports on a monthly or as needed basis.
• Conduct data integrity audits in Lawson/Infor in an effort to maintain operational controls.
• Support HR shared service center and HR generalists with general compensation related questions.
• Researches industry trends and remains current with evolving changes within Compensation.
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.
