JPMorgan Chase Commercial Card - Senior Product Delivery - Vice President in Chicago, Illinois

As a Product Delivery Manager in Commercial Card, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

  • Coordinates with stakeholders across Control Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Operations, and Product Management to communicate and enforce control standards, execute against projects and initiatives to strengthen our control capabilities, and ensure compliance with business and corporate risk and control standards

  • Promotes a culture of risk and control that fosters self-identification of business issues and acts with appropriate understanding and urgency to safeguard our customers and our business

  • Partners with the Business Process Oversight Lead to continuously challenge and evolve the target state Commercial Card Risk and Control Framework by incorporating best practices related to sustainable process and control design and implementation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

  • Ability to influence individuals who may not be direct reports to execute against shared objectives

  • Independent self-starter capable of effectively managing multiple work streams with a high level of autonomy to successfully meet multiple and competing objectives across teams and work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment

  • High level of comfort with ambiguity and a deeply analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges and understand and translate business context into actionable recommendations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Experience in Audit, Compliance, Controls, Governance, or Risk Management, preferably in the financial sector

  • Experience with Alteryx (Designer Core Certified), MS Office (VBA), SharePoint (Designer and InfoPath), or Data Visualization (Tableau)
