Adecco US, Inc. Client Services Rep in Chicago, Illinois

Adecco is seeking a dedicated Services Associate to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role is essential to ensuring seamless mail, shipping, and convenience care services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery of on-site work assignments, customer service, and maintaining client satisfaction. Pay Rate: $21/hour

Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

This is a temp-to-hire position, with the potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt completion of various on-site tasks, including mail/courier services, shipping/receiving, inventory management, and copier maintenance.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly responding to client and management requests via email, phone, and in-person communication.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a Site Procedure Guide, ensuring that all account processes are accurately documented.

  • Participate in cross-functional trainings to provide coverage in different service areas during staff shortages.

  • Maintain flexibility to cover responsibilities across different site locations as needed.

  • Perform routine upkeep and maintenance of office equipment, such as copiers and mailing machines.

Primary Function Options: Copy/Print Production:

  • Handle reproduction of print requests, including document assembly, sorting, laminating, and quality control.

  • Track and report all print activities, ensuring customer inquiries and requests are logged and fulfilled in a timely manner.

Mail/Courier Services:

  • Manage receiving, sorting, and delivering all mail, including FedEx, UPS, and interoffice items.

  • Track and log all mail activities, ensuring accurate delivery and addressing any unidentified or generic mail.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring mail/courier services meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of mail/courier systems, office equipment maintenance, and inventory management.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
