Report to the owner, oversee the preparation and cooking of food in the restaurant, manage kitchen staff, oversee the quality of food and consistency of serving, enforces food safety standards, provide training to new employees and oversees the work quality of the entire kitchen staff. Inventory and stocks management for procurement. Maintain health safety standards at all times.
High School/GED or foreign equivalent and Two (2) years experience as Cook, Chef or related field.
