THE OPPORTUNITY:

*Remote opportunity

This is a “roll-up-your-sleeves” role that will function as day-to-day support for HUB’s Retirement & Private Wealth (RPW) advisors across the US. This person will be critical in operationalizing and scaling RPW practices leveraging technology for reporting, analysis, and presentations. This position will report to the RPW Business Solutions Solutions & Operations Director and have regular interaction with RPW’s Vice President of Business Solutions & Operations along with senior leaders in the field and RPW leadership.

The Business Solutions & Operations Analyst will be part of a small but growing team that works to support the Solicitor Referral Program (onboarding and revenue process support), troubleshoots issues with the back office processes (revenue payments and account updates, etc.), as well as front office processes (retirement plan reporting, data transfers, etc.). This position offers tremendous growth potential for strong performers who are eager to learn and take on new responsibilities as the overall Technology Solution & Operations team expands and the individual engages directly with advisors, producers, and leaders across the organization.

  • Assist Commercial Lines and Employee Benefits producers with the process of onboarding to the Solicitor Referral Program

  • Assist Finance with tracking solicitor referral revenue

  • Assist RPW advisors and support staff with the onboarding process to the HUB RPW Tech Ecosystem

  • Assist RPW advisors and support staff with the account opening and maintenance processes

  • Provide CRM Support to advisors as well as report creation & management.

  • Understand data flows between multiple systems

  • Help build and maintain Power BI dashboards for internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute to continued enhancement of the RPW Technology Solutions & Operations processes and documentation

  • Assist with certain front office functions such as report generation, requests for proposal, and data corrections

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial service knowledge, specifically related to qualified retirement plans and wealth management

  • Some knowledge of insurance and/or employee benefits

  • Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work well with others, leverage effective emotional intelligence, proactively anticipate and develop solutions, and work collaboratively with multiple teams

  • Self-motivated, able to organize and prioritize tasks in a largely unsupervised setting

  • High level of comfort leveraging Microsoft Office, including Excel, Planner, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and MS Forms

  • Proven experience working in a fast paced and quickly evolving work environment specifically as it relates to changing technology

  • Detail Oriented, Quick Learner, Problem Solver

  • Proficiency in common programming languages, including SQL and Python

  • Comfort in presenting/training technology solutions for new users

The expected pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
