Our client is seeking a Business Contract Analyst to join their team. As a Business Contract Analyst, you will be part of the project management team supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Contract Analyst
Location: Fully Remote
What's the Job?
Understand and analyze the Flight Attendant Contract Terms and Conditions being negotiated.
Prepare project documentation according to IDF standards.
Assist in business process redesign as needed.
Maintain communication with customers and team members to promote a collaborative environment.
Participate in approximately 50% travel for in-person meetings.
What's Needed?
Previous experience as a flight attendant.
Ability to understand and interpret contract language.
Experience in creating technically focused user stories for Agile development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Technical background with a commitment to continuous learning.
