Job Title: ArchitectJob Description

We are looking for an Architect to assist with the Thompson Center in Chicago, where the new Google headquarters will be located. You will be responsible for construction documents in Revit and Construction Administration (CA) work, which may include working with Revit models and ASI. The role will involve a 50/50 split between CA and Construction Document (CD) work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with construction documents in Revit.

  • Perform Construction Administration (CA) work, including working with Revit models and ASI.

  • Split time evenly between CA and CD work.

  • Collaborate with the team to manage the workload for the Thompson Center project.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in Revit.

  • Experience with construction documents in Revit.

  • Experience in Construction Administration (CA).

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

  • 3-4+ years of experience, ideally 5 years.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale projects is a plus but not required.

  • Licensure is not required.

Work Environment

Our office is located in downtown Chicago and consists of 30 people. The work schedule is in-office, five days a week, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with some flexibility. The dress code is business casual. We work on a variety of projects including mixed-use, high-rise residential, hospitality, academic, civic, corporate workplace, and transportation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.86/hr.
