Our client, a prestigious figure in the higher education industry, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Admissions Clerk to join their dynamic team. This position is intended for candidates who are professional, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line assistance to prospective students and families concerning admission, academic programs, and campus life.

• Process applications accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all supporting documents are complete.

• Record and maintain confidential student data in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Communicate with the applicant throughout the admissions process, including decision notification.

• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate open houses, campus tours, and orientation programs.

• Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and paper filing systems.

• Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, etc.

  Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

• Excellent data entry skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.

• Demonstrated ability to manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a detail oriented and courteous demeanor.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and contacts.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

• Proven ability to schedule appointments efficiently, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
