About the opportunities:

SRW’s Client Services team gets clients, pleases clients and repeats that process. They instinctively understand people and make strong connections. They understand our clients’ business and translate that knowledge to the agency team. Our Account Directors and Account Supervisors are thought leaders both inside and outside of the company. Our clients see them as trusted advisors who truly care about and understand their brands.

They steer the SRW ship by managing client relationships for key accounts, partnering closely with strategy, paid media, PR, influencer marketing and creative teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns from soup to nuts, and tracking KPIs and client expectations to hold all work accountable. They are the definition of how to live and breathe client service, and they are constantly motivating our internal teams to follow their example.

Our Client Services team knows how to foster an environment that brings ideas to life, how to talk to people and win them over, and how to distill complex information so it’s easily understood. Above all, they know how to get shit done.

Requirements

About You:

  • You are a natural leader and problem solver; master at managing and navigating relationships; seamlessly straddle the line between client advocate and internal team lead

  • You are skilled at winning hearts and selling ideas; master at the art of presenting, including the pre-sell; you make managing client relationships look easy

  • You hear the goal in client feedback and know how to translate it for a team

  • You have extensive knowledge of goals and tactics to drive awareness and sales for CPG brands; thorough understanding of paid media as it relates to digital, social, performance marketing, e-commerce and direct to consumer (DTC) campaigns

  • You have a passion for all things digital/social

  • Social Media black belt - expert user of organic social media AND social ad platforms including Instagram, TikTok and the up-and-comers

  • You are a big thinker and planner; know how to adjust accordingly when plans inevitably change

  • You possess superb written and verbal communication skills that are consistently imparted on the wider team

  • You know how to do the client service dance - pleasing the client and delivering great work

  • You are highly curious about our business, our clients’ business, the industry and beyond

  • You have a growth mindset; you are constantly practicing and adapting the art of selling ideas and presenting

  • You ensure the team is tracking towards their tasks, goals and KPIs

  • You maintain a fiscally responsible mindset for new and existing business relationships

  • You always demonstrate a sense of urgency, responsibility and accountability for moving the agency and clients’ businesses forward; you see the big picture

  • You consistently implement strategic vision for account growth, upsells ideas and negotiates SOW/contract extensions with clients

  • You pay attention to the details and have strong organization skills

  • You maintain an unrivaled proactiveness and hustle

Additional Qualifications:

  • A degree in journalism, marketing, communications, English or related fields; or equivalency in experience

  • 6+ years agency and/or client-side marketing experience

  • 4+ years experience leading work for a CPG brand sold in-store or online

  • Extensive experience with digital/social campaigns and understanding of paid media required

Salary is dependent on role (Account Supervisor or Account Director) and ranges from $80,000 to $135,000 based on relevant work experience.
