Job Description

The Member Services Associate is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering a broad variety of member services and knowledge products to meet the needs of the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship’s 500 member companies.

The Member Services Associate responsibilities include:

Responding in a timely manner to requests for corporate citizenship research from our member companies

Supervising students and managing the development of a corporate citizenship benchmarking database

Building relationships with corporate members through written and verbal communications

Developing and updating knowledge products on current topics related to corporate citizenship

Representing BCCCC to corporate audiences

The position requires:

Curiosity and interest in corporate citizenship and ESG matters related to business and the global business context.

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of one year of professional experience

Excellent writing skills

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Experience interacting closely with corporate clients or in a customer focused business environment

Previous experience with large member service organization a plus

Knowledge of Corporate Citizenship content a plus

There will be occasional evening and weekend work and some business travel. This position will be 5 days in the office.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $57,800 to $72,250; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
