Job Title: Cabinet Maker

Job Description

As a Cabinet Maker, you will effectively collaborate with the Supervisor, Customer Projects Supervisor, and Quality Inspector assigned to your project to ensure efficient execution of the work scope. Your role includes attending project debriefs, assigning and monitoring tasks to technicians and support shop crews, and driving the team towards maximum efficiency by appropriately managing resources and labor hours. You will ensure that all tasks are completed to quality standards and that all work performed is airworthy. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards in aircraft maintenance paperwork and ensuring compliance with technical data and quality standards. Your collaboration with various supervisors and inspectors will be crucial in meeting project timelines, budgets, and achieving customer satisfaction.

Hard Skills

  • Knowledge of AS9100D Forms

  • Understanding of manufacturer’s maintenance manual

  • Aircraft maintenance paperwork management

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Work Environment

The role involves working in high-end interiors, soft goods, and a cabinet/machine shop environment. The organization currently consists of about 25 employees and plans to expand to over 40 in 2024 to support growing business demands.
