Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Billing Coordinator to monitor case reports, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe.
Responsibilities
Monitor case reports on a regular basis to determine when they are complete and ready for invoicing.
Maintain a working copy of the report for tracking follow-up dates and needed documentation.
Contact appropriate personnel at taxing jurisdictions for information not available from websites.
Perform data entry into the company's software system to create invoices.
Assemble necessary backup documentation for transmittal to clients with invoices.
Communicate with personnel in the Real Estate department to coordinate documents and resolve questions or discrepancies.
Respond to client inquiries as needed.
Conduct mail-merges.
Essential Skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in math.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Adobe.
Qualifications
Experience in Real Estate Tax is beneficial.
