TEKsystems is hiring for a Sales Manager to oversee the Pennsylvania market for our client in the Waste Management industry. The Area Sales Manager (ASM) participates in the development of the sales strategy and required actions to achieve their assigned market area’s revenue goals in total as well as by line of business ensuring profitable revenue growth and retention. The incumbent works with the Regional Sales Manager to coach, develop, and mentor market area sales professionals, primarily Territory Sales and Commercial Services Representatives, to ensure the execution of market area sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

• 8-10 years experience a sales leader

• Proven track record in sales and business development

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
