Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Clerk IV (Contractor) for a short term contract position in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The role involves handling data entry tasks and maintaining electronic records in a precise manner. The position is within a field that requires knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures. You will be working under immediate supervision and reporting to a supervisor or manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain data in electronic systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Operate data entry devices efficiently to manage various data entry tasks.

• Follow established guidelines and procedures to perform job functions effectively.

• Work closely with supervisors to receive instructions and feedback on tasks.

• Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes and reporting.

• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.

• Contribute to team goals and maintain a high level of data integrity.

  Requirements • Proficiency in data entry tasks, demonstrating speed and accuracy

• Familiarity with standard procedures and best practices for data management

• Ability to supervise other team members, coordinating tasks and ensuring quality control

• Capability to exercise independent judgment when faced with data-related challenges

• Competence in handling data in electronic formats, including spreadsheets and databases

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

• Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other stakeholders

• Computer literacy, particularly with data programs and software

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, able to identify and rectify data-related issues.
