$16hr (Production)

Training Hours: Mon-Fri | 9:00am-4:30pm

Production Shift Hours: (will be either ) Mon -Fri |10:30am to 7:00pm, or 12noon to 8:30pm EST

Within this role the ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively and understand the full functioning and integration of working together to achieve company goals. Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • Open availability to work either shift between Mon-Fri |10:30am to 7:00pm, or 12noon to 8:30pm EST

  • Well organized with a strong attention to detail

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Strong data Entry skills

  • Experience with Computers and navigating through Application Software

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

  • Must be Team Player and work collaboratively within the working environment

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Responds well to constructive feedback

  • Background in health and welfare; and or defined contributions ( 40lk, Pension etc) is a plus

  • Open to learning other disciplines as the business expands

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing appropriate systems to determine an employee’s eligibility,

  • Reading/Reviewing legal documents (divorce decrees, settlement agreements, Leave of absences, etc)

  • Drafting appropriate response letters and updating appropriate systems.

  • Being mindful of clients Service Level Agreements and ability to manage own workload to meet the agreements while working on multiple clients.

  • Responding well to constructive feedback on work product and completing rework as/when identified by quality reviewer.

  • Responding to incoming calls from employees, ex-spouses and attorneys with a variety of questions related to the general TBO Admin process or the status of the review of submitted TBO and legal documents.

  • **OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED MAY ALSO INCLUDE PREPARING REPORTS AND CONDUCTING REASEARCH.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $34,040.00 - $42,550.00.
