Key Responsibilities :
·Assist clients with respect to visa documents
·Coordinate and track all immigration activities end to end process.
·Evaluate and identify the right visa category, as per clients profile.
·Build and maintain close relationship with clients and responded to their queries.
·Maintain periodic Visa status records.
·Resolve client queries directly and indirectly professionally.
·Keeping up-to-date with immigration legislation and continual changes.
·Ensuring process quality and continuous improvement.
·Ensure compliance to internal and external policies and procedures
· Coordinate Travel Arrangements : Organize and book travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees.
· Visa Processing : Handle visa applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
· Travel Itineraries : Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries and relevant travel information to employees.
· Vendor Liaison : Communicate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure competitive rates and ensure quality service.
· Travel Policy Compliance : Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to company travel policies and budget constraints.
· Emergency Management : Manage any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
· Expense Reporting : Monitor and report travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
· Industry Knowledge : Stay updated with travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications :
· Education : Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience : Minimum of two years in visa processing and corporate travel management.
· Skills :
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa requirements.
Preferred :
· Experience with bulk booking software and technologies like IATA, Amadeus, or Galileo.
· Previous experience in a corporate environment.
