Job Summary: As a QA Automation Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and security of our applications. Your expertise in test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices will contribute to our overall testing strategy, enabling us to deliver top-notch software to our clients.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will support the quality activities throughout the software development life cycle. The Automation Engineer will be a team player who communicate and collaborate well with others and will be part of a QA team responsible for verifying and ensuring the health, stability and overall quality of different applications

  • Develop/modify and maintain automation Frameworks

  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD process, specifically cloud testing execution, reporting tools such as Kiwi TCMC, Jira

  • Develop, review, maintain, and execute test environments, test plans, test data etc.

  • Work with the team to perform test result analysis and root-cause analysis of the defects found to ensure appropriate corrective action is taken to maintain quality standards

  • Coordinate and/or consult with SQA team on how to test various system features and interfaces.

  • Accurately report testing results and progress at appropriate intervals as established by the SQA Manager

  • Design and implement Load and Stress tests using JMeter

    QUALIFICATIONS

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet expectations of each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required.

    EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering

    EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of QA experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in developing and maintaining automation tests using Java, Selenium using testing frameworks like TestNG

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a very dynamic environment, work under pressure, solve problems, and deliver on required timelines

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Git and GitLab or GitHub

  • Performance testing experience (e.g. Jmeter/Blazemeter)

  • Testing experience in GWT, WebGL technology and 3D Drawing Application testing

  • Familiar in Integration testing with ContractERP system and DataDog monitoring tool

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR ABILITIES:

  • Testing (Functional and automation) experience is a must

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Expertise in designing and implementing automated testing solutions in Selenium, BDD Cucumber, TestNG, Extent Reports

  • Proficiency in core Java – Design & Coding •

  • Familiar in developing automation scripts using RPA Ui Path

  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends in order to meet target dates
