• Deliver Process simulation for AP Programs & Other region based on the Program planned.

• Process simulate to be delivered as complete package or movie file as per ME requirements.

• Should have good exposure to Body Bill of Process and sequence of operation with Bill of Design.

• Should have good knowledge of Body shop equipment’s like Fixtures/ Robots/Grippers/Sealing/Stud weld/Weld guns & timers.

• Should have good exposure on NAAMS standards/Ergonomics.

• Should be able to do line balancing and show the cycle time achieved with Process Simulate.

• Should have exposure in Tce & Vis mockup.

• Responsible to deliver all GMR checks related to Process simulation and meet 100% compliance for GPDS gateways.

• A good team player and flexible to adapt to change and supporting team for overall deliverable.

Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mech/Prod/Auto)
