• Ensure month close activities were completed on time with 100% accuracy

• Ensure all standard / non standard journals were completed

• Ensure reconciliations were effectively analyzed and completed on or before cut off time

• Ensure 3-way matching is effectively performed for all PSGL & Blackline accounts

• Ensure all MSL were completed on time in the system

• Ensure Nil ASL/RIT missed from the analysis during the reconciliation’s preparation/approval and all RIT/ASL were 100% reported in blackline

• Ensure no post close entries & out of period adjustments

The following skills and experiences are recommended qualifications for this role:

• Experience in property accounting / Reconciliations process

• Experience in handling preparation & posting of journal entries & month close activities

• Good team collaboration skills & S4/blackline experience (preferable)

• Semi Qualified CA/CMA with 2 years of experience

• Property accounting / Reconciliation process

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
