Roles and responsibilities:

  • Maintain a 24 hour Transport help desk to receive and respond to transport enquiries received through physical, calls & mails.

  • Record complete details of the service requests from associates.

  • Maintain and update the employee contact number and other changes in Moveinsync.

  • Inform employee in case of vehicle delay login/logout.

  • Providing employee delay communication to BU through mail during un-avoidable situations.

  • Prepare daily / weekly reports on associates enquires.

  • Pickup vehicle tracking for on time arrivals on Moveinsync.

  • Provide handover & takeover of shifts.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Shift Type: Rotational

Language: English & Tamil
