Job Summary
Complex Enterprise Solution Engineering Associate (Solution Engineering Technical Support)
Responsible for aiding Sales Engineering teams on performing various data analysis, compiling technical requirements, and assisting where required to support complex designs. Works as a collaborative member of the sales engineering team to process and complete project-oriented tasks.

Core Responsibilities
Supports Sales Engineering team to complete various pre and post sales engineering data gathering tasks utilized for quoting, contracting and engineering customer solutions.
Perform as part of a team or independently, provides updates and reports issues in a timely and consistent manner with ability to pick up workload or other projects seamlessly when required.
Create and maintain end user content, guides and other documentation for future training or onboarding of others.
Able to understand complex requests, timelines and deliver results based on guidelines provided with minimal rework or supervision.
Assist with compiling and gathering technical and account information required to create customer designs, quotes and scope of work data.
General understanding of networking technologies to include general OSI Layer 1-7 network model, Ethernet, TCP/IP, Security and Professional/Deployment Services.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate to expert level capability in Excel, Smartsheet’s, Word and various databases. Knowledge of Formulas, Macros and other toolsets required.
Able to merge multiple data sets and perform analysis including customer site/service data, billing components and other information into useable data.
Collaborate with Sales Engineer and other account team stakeholders on presenting data within specified timeframes for RFP/RFI responses utilizing charts, tables and verbal presentation
Familiarity with general telecommunications terms, service and access types. Able to communicate effectively between internal technical stakeholders.
Ability to learn and operate in multiple web-based or other internal tools. Proficiency in datamining and validation of data across systems to present a comprehensive view to account owners
Understanding of Addresses, LAT/LONG serviceability and GIS data mapping tools such as Google Maps and Google Earth

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or any equivalent combination of experience and training
EXPERIENCE
2-5 years industry experience in enterprise networking or related field experience required
Project Management experience is a benefit to assist with the planning and oversight of large customer implementations
Network Design background highly desired
