Job Description

Would you like to assist us secure best practices in developing and testing controllers across the entire Grundfos Circulator portfolio?

The WU PD Controls Team takes care of Product development with detailed design, technology and product platform support. The purpose of the job is to ensure high Product data / document quality to support the End to End execution and Product data maintenance for securing customer satisfactions. This position provides documentation engineering support to the projects.

What is the job about?

Your main tasks will be:

• To efficiently produce and maintain Product Master Data, structures and documents in SAP ERP environment within SCRUM team according to Grundfos Standards and Processes.

• Follow team prioritization and execute on agreed activities within the sprint

• Preparation of technical manual, user manual, data sheets

• Creating clear and well-structured documentation and how-to guides that reduce ambiguity and enable quick integration

• Preparation, creation and maintenance of Bill of Material in SAP

• Contribute, support and ensure well-functioning and self-organized SCRUM team

• Maintain and manage documentation structure and overview

• Maintain configuration overview

• Prepare and Release ECMs (Engineering Change Master)

• Serve as technical Communicator and editor for the documents

• Prepare and Maintain IOMs, Quick Guides, Data Booklets, Nameplate Drawings and Labels etc.

Your Background

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering, MCA or equivalent degree

• At least 5-10 years of experience working in hardware design in power electronics domain

• Experience with Adobe Creative, AEM or equivalent tools

• CCMS systems and single sourcing information

• DITA Writing standard

• Proficient in English – verbal and written

• Knowledge of regional languages would be an advantage.
