Job Title: Data Analyst

Summary:The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing key metrics to support Global CSR’s, BPO’s, and functional managers within Momentive’s Business Process framework. This role involves collaborating with peers, BPO’s, CS Leaders, managers, and functional leadership to develop and enhance effective and efficient processes. By leveraging data-driven insights, the Data Analyst will contribute to optimizing business operations and driving strategic improvements.

Responsibilities Include:

Job Responsibility

  • Key member of team focused on speed, communication, process improvement and data accuracy.

  • Ensure CS Key metrics across sites, countries, divisions, and global operating.

  • Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement and simplification of Metrics.

  • Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.

  • Perform data analysis on all results and prepare presentations for clients.

  • Perform audit on data and resolve business related issues for customer base.

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

  • Coordinate with cross functional leaders in supporting data metrics and dashboards.

  • Perform data analysis and facilitate delivery to all end users.

  • Maintain and escalate issues to Manager if required.

    Key Metrics Role is Accountable For:

  • On time Report Execution + SLA compliance

  • Coordinate/Support on Analysis for Customer service process.

    Travel Requirements

At least 1 time per year: When partnering in Projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1– 3 years of Data Analyst Experience or similar Positions.

  • Experience utilizing software including SAP, Business Warehouse, Tableau, power BI, Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to handle multiple requests and demands on time, prioritize workload depending on needs of customer and business for on-time completion of each request.

  • Display strong business acumen enabling to take initiative and ownership of difficult situations.

  • Inspires top performance in others by example of work ethic and job performance with proven ability to successfully coach others.

  • Attentive to details.

  • Ability to maintain composure under stress, a sense of urgency when performing tasks; excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area or adequate work experience in Data Analyst or related role

  • Experience utilizing software including SAP, Business Warehouse, Tableau, power BI, salesforce, and the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Should have experience using SAP & Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy with Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Balance’s priorities and manages workload effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • The ideal candidate will be a good listener, able to visualize and adapt processes to meet requirements & customer needs then thoroughly and appropriately document the new processes.

  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and effectively manage conflict.
