What is the Job all about?

As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our company’s goals, target audience, and brand identity. You will create high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms, including websites, collaterals, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will project support content requirements from different verticals, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all content deliverables.

Your main responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Grundfos’ vision, target audience, and brand guidelines.

  • Create and manage an editorial calendar to deliver timely content across various digital platforms.

  • Research industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities.

Content Project Management:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content that supports marketing initiatives, product launches, and thought leadership.

  • Manage and maintain content repositories, including content management systems (CMS), ensuring content is organized and easily accessible for future use.

  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to oversee the content creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich assets.

Content Performance and Analysis:

  • Monitor and evaluate content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with Grundfos’ style guide and voice across all content deliverables.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with marketing teams to understand Grundfos’ brand identity, target audience, and key messaging.

  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify content opportunities and ensure effective content distribution.

Entrepreneurial Spirit:

  • This role is newly established in Grundfos and as a Content Manager you will be expected to think effectively and develop innovative content solutions that deliver business results. You will be encouraged to take calculated risks like an entrepreneur and experiment with new formats and channels.

Your background:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field is beneficial.

  • At least 12 years of overall experience with 8 years relevancy.

  • Knowledge of content marketing trends, audience segmentation, and persona development.

  • Experience in content strategy development and implementation.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.

  • Familiarity with content distribution and amplification strategies, including social media advertising and influencer marketing.
