Job description

• Experience with the core AWS services like IAM, S3, Lambda, EC2, ECS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Having used ECS or EKS in the past is a plus

• Strong notions of security best practices (e.g. using IAM Roles, KMS, etc.).

• Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation

• Experience in technologies - AWS CDK, Typescript, Azure DevOps (CI/CD concepts), Python, NodeJS

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating the deployment of applications and infrastructure changes.

• Configure and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to AWS infrastructure and applications.

• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability on AWS.

• Implement security best practices for securing AWS resources and applications.

• Write automation scripts using Python or TypeScript for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.

• Experience working with SQL, writing simple queries and executing jobs, experience with AWS Athena is aplus
