Job Summary

Product Marketing Manager, Natural Gas is the owner of the Regulator Strategic Business Unit’s product portfolio for NG Verticals.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead portfolio management, competitive landscape, positioning, brand management. Train Sales on the portfolio, applications and drive competitive strategies.

  • Own price, cost, GP% for the product families. Introduce and manage price lists and multiplying factors. Rationalize transfer price factors from factories located within Asia Pacific region and in other world areas.

  • Track portfolio performance for key factors for Year on Year (YoY) improvement.

  • Guide Sales on GP% projection based on target price and cost.

  • Supervise Market sizing and participation. Identify product gaps to drive New Product Development (NPD) and Product Modification opportunities. Develop Market Requirement Specification (MRS or equivalent experience) for NPD projects.

  • Provide marketing support to regionalization projects.

  • Develop product strategies, including recommending alignment candidates for acquisition/ partnership.

  • Develop and manage sales tools, collaterals – bulletins, application guides, animation, etc.

  • Drive product marketing programs, customer engagement campaigns and marcom directions.

  • Represent Pressure Management in relevant Automation Solutions strategies and pursuits.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills

  • Solid interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter, and able to take new insights from concept to implementation

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel

  • Ability to travel throughout China region 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, advanced degree in Marketing or Business preferred

  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant work experience, including at least 3 years of working in Natural Gas Network industry. Experience of business/ strategy development preferred.
