Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, is tasked with preventative maintenance, repair, and facility improvement. The role involves responding to maintenance service requests, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and promoting healthy, respectful communications. The technician ensures high standards of workmanship and efficiency, performs daily maintenance and safety checks, and follows maintenance procedures for diagnosis and repair. The role requires the ability to diagnose defective equipment, install parts, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Additionally, the technician will document maintenance incidents and ensure outputs meet production schedules, safety, and quality standards.
Hard Skills
Preventative and scheduled maintenance
Machine or equipment diagnosis

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Cheney, Washington.
Work Environment
Large facility that is temperature controlled. Night shift 2:30pm- 12:30am 4 10's with a paid lunch, 5% differential, and 40 extra PTO hours after the first year.
