Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. The role is based in CHELSEA, Massachusetts, 02150-2807, United States and will involve work in different locations such as Revere, Chelsea, and East Boston. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our IT team, providing support to our VOIP and telephony environment, engaging in IT asset management, and assisting with the IT ticket queue.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the processing of VOIP/Telephony Support, ensuring effective communication and connectivity across the organization

• Manage IT Asset, including tracking, monitoring, and collaborating with vendors like Verizon and telecom providers

• Provide support to the IT Help Desk, handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly

• Oversee the maintenance of Ring Central, Verizon phones, and Wi-Fi connectivity to ensure uninterrupted service

• Take on the responsibility of handling IT tickets, including triaging level 2/3 tickets and ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner

• Provide Avaya support and telephone support, ensuring seamless communication within the organization

• Be available on-call to handle any IT-related issues outside of regular work hours

• Contribute to the expansion of our IT needs as the organization grows, opening more offices, facilities, and clinics

• Participate in team efforts to solve issues remotely when required. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Project Coordinator role within Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance sectors

• Proficiency in VoIP, VOIP - Voice Over IP, and VoIP System

• Familiarity with Avaya Systems

• Experience in using a Ticketing System

• Understanding of Phone System operations

• Knowledge of Computer Telephony Integration

• Experience with Ring Central and Verizon FiOS

• Proficiency in Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting
