Job Summary:

Inpatient and outpatient PM&R physician with medical directorship of the inpatient rehab unit in Chattanooga, TN

Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation required

• Physician will be responsible for directing a 12 bed inpatient rehab facility and growing outpatient clinic adjacent to the hospital

• Interventional spine training (ACGME or NASS) is preferred but by no means mandatory

• Awareness of CMS rehab regulations, CARF, and Joint Commission standards

• Private practice with Premier Rehab Physicians. Practice based in Nashville, Tennessee and looking to expand to Chattanooga

• TriStar Parkridge Medical Center's inpatient rehab facilities have 12 beds with the expectation of adding additional beds in the near future
