Aerotek Maintenance Lead in Chattanooga, Tennessee
Description
2nd shift Maintenance Lead - 4 - 3:30 a.m. ( 10 hour shifts) - 6 - 10s - 60 hour weekly - up to 80 hours for training operators if they want to get more overtime
The Maintenance tech lead is responsible for oversight of supporting the safe and efficient production of products by troubleshooting and repairing equipment failures. Perform preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability and train team members on technical processes. • Supports the production team as the mechanical expert • Ensures production and support equipment are functioning properly • Performs preventative maintenance procedures • Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctions • Makes repairs or adjustments to equipment as needed • Performs basic electrical duties (replace motors, switches, PE, etc.) • Performs package change over on lines as required • Supports the team on all aspects of the operation • Trains team members on mechanical process • Focuses on continuous improvement • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards

The pay range for this position is $29.33 - $29.33/hr.
