Maintenance Technician – Chattanooga, TN

This is a full-time, hourly position.

Starting Wage- $22.22 to $24.20 Depending on experience

What you will do:

• You will be working in our Chattanooga facility and should Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team

You can also expect to:

• Work Safely. Follow Company safety policies and requirements.

• Repair mechanical equipment

• Repair and maintain pumps; install and remove equipment

• Fabrication

• Perform preventive procedures;

• Weld; cut; and perform similar operations

• The position requires the use of hand tools, electric and pneumatic tools, measuring devices and other tools as needed. Electrical diagnosis skills are a plus but not a pre-requisite **

What Hours Would I be Working?

• Maintenance Technicians primarily work a rotating 12 hour shift schedule once oriented to the facility. Individual must have the flexibility to work extended hours during any plant interruptions.

• Location: 105 West 45th Street, Chattanooga, TN 37410

Experience:

• Industrial maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

• Welding: 1 year (Preferred)

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
