Maxim Healthcare Services LPN Homecare - Weekly Pay in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Est. pay: $25 - $32 per hour (case by case specific)

Sign on bonus: $1,200 Day shift and $1,750 Night shift

Maxim Healthcare in Chattanooga is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Variety of patient acuities available including; G-tube, Trach, and Vent.

Day or Night shifts available ranging from 8, 10 and 12 hour shift lengths.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

  • On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.

  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

  • Current BLS card.
