We are on the lookout for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in the Manufacturing industry in CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee. The role involves the crucial task of managing financial records, processing customer applications, and addressing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing bookkeeping and general ledger operations to ensure accurate financial records

• Handling the preparation and posting of journal entries

• Assisting with data entry tasks for accounts payable and receivable, as well as billing and invoicing

• Demonstrating proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Implementing various accounting tasks with a high degree of precision and attention to detail

• Collaborating and working efficiently in a team environment while managing multiple tasks

• Leveraging knowledge of Accounting Software Systems for efficient operations

• Ensuring accurate account reconciliation

• Conducting thorough cash flow analysis

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must for the efficient management of financial data.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is required for handling spreadsheets and data analysis.

• A solid understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary for maintaining financial records and performing audits.

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes is essential for managing outgoing payments.

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required to ensure accurate and efficient collection of payments.

• Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis to monitor company's financial health.

• Experience in making accurate Journal Entries for record-keeping and financial reporting purposes.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Understanding of General Ledger management for maintaining a centralized record of all financial transactions.
