TEKsystems Desktop Support Technician in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Description

A client is looking to add a Desktop Support Analyst to support their 700-person call center in Chattanooga, TN. This tech will work on a team to provide all hands-on and remote support to the employees, including Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Most common tickets include troubleshooting issues with soft phones, Jabber, headsets, Teams, O365, upgrading/replacing machines, and helping set up equipment for new hire training classes. They are moving to Microsoft Identity with a hybrid setup (currently on-prem AD). Candidates should have experience configuring and administering Windows, and have used the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to manage O365. They should also be comfortable working with and troubleshooting issues in Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint, and be able to respond to tickets in a ticketing system with SLA's, escalation, and general procedure. They are moving from RemedyForce to BMC Helix. The majority of the devices are laptops, with a small scattering of desktops and VM's. 50/50 split Dell and HP, moving more towards HP. Imaging in Intune.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
