Spotlight Talent Sourcing, LLC Construction Site Worker - Jasper TN in Chattanooga, Tennessee
- Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, digging, and setting up work areas.
- Mix and pour concrete, install bracing, and assist with framing or finishing work.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications.
- Transport and position heavy materials and equipment.
- Perform general labor duties such as site cleanup and debris removal.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and advance in the construction field.
- Ability to work safely and follow all safety protocols.
