Looking to kickstart your career in customer service or gain valuable call center experience? Randstad Chattanooga is hiring 15 enthusiastic individuals for Call Center Representative roles starting on Tuesday, 9/17! This position is a entry level call center role that will require you to provide great customer service, create reports, and resolving issues. Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 8am - 5pm Pay: $14

salary: $14 - $14.01 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Provide polite and efficient assistance to callers, ensuring high-quality customer service for non-emergency medical transportation.

• Assess client eligibility and gather necessary details to arrange the most appropriate transportation.

• Stay updated on local transportation policies to ensure proper scheduling and service delivery.

• Utilize trip scheduling and dispatch software accurately to coordinate transportation services.

• Collaborate with facilities, providers, and internal staff to manage urgent care needs and discharges effectively.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client, company, and employee information while handling all required reports and documentation.
