Description Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant (Duration: 3 Months) TWO Positions Available
Company: Human Resources Team--Corporate Office
Location: Downtown Chattanooga, must be willing to work 100% onsite
Job Description: We are urgently looking for two Temporary Administrative Assistants to support our corporate offices during a major HRIS software implementation project for the next three months.
Responsibilities:
Electronically transfer employee information from HR files, payroll system, among others, into the new HRIS software
Perform data entry and data auditing to maintain data integrity in the system
Coordinate with stakeholders as required to confirm data accuracy
Work with HRIS software System
General Administrative support as needed
Key Requirements:
Advanced technical skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Extremely high level of attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team environment
Previous experience with HRIS or related software would be a plus
Work Hours: 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability in data entry with high levels of accuracy and efficiency
• Experience with electronic document management and uploading documents
• Strong skills in email correspondence, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Proven experience in handling administrative duties in an office environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
