Twin City Staffing LLC Purchasing / Accounting Assistant in Chaska, Minnesota
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a purchasing / accounting assistant. This is a temporary assignment, perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in purchasing and accounting within a dynamic environment. Location: Chaska, MN Wage: $20-26/hour, depending on qualifications (DOQ) Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm Benefits of the purchasing / accounting assistant: Gain valuable experience in purchasing and accounting. Work closely with experienced professionals in the field. Develop proficiency in industry-standard software such as inFlow Inventory Software and QuickBooks. Duties of the purchasing / accounting assistant: Data entry of purchase orders and invoices into our purchasing software (inFlow Inventory Software) and QuickBooks. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various tasks and communications. Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Manager and Accounting department. Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed. Requirements of the purchasing / accounting assistant: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Previous experience with QuickBooks or similar purchasing software is preferred. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail. Recent graduates with a degree in Accounting, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and processes. Excellent communication skills. Initiative-taker with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to multi-task and work effectively across different departments.
