Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

Candidates will work in a general production setting performing a variety of tasks including packaging, palletizing, order picking, and general production roles. There will be no forklifting involved. You will be part of a smaller team with opportunities for growth as the company expands. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Palletize products according to company standards.

• Pick orders as per instructions and ensure accuracy.

• Handle general production duties as assigned.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in production, packaging, or order picking.

• Ability to handle hand tools and operate machinery.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good work ethic and reliability.

• Ability to work well in a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Entry-level production experience.

• Experience in general labor or retail is a plus.

• A focused individual looking for a career role rather than just a job.

• A positive personality and the ability to contribute to team growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
