Responsible for maintaining the facility CMMS system and audits the effectiveness of maintenance work.Responsible for maintaining an efficient asset management program and coordinating all plannable maintenance work on the site's premises. Responsibilities: Understands the concepts of planning and scheduling work. Understand the theory and operation of the production line equipment. Understand the theory of and application of predictive and preventive maintenance as it relates to production equipment. Possess electrical knowledge and understand the plant floor power distribution system. Read and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and P&ID flow diagrams. Read and comprehend technical manuals, service manuals, diagrams, blueprints and schematics. Use computers and associated software programs such as Word, Excel, and CMMS system to plan maintenance activities and develop training documents. Manage predictive and preventive maintenance for an area of production equipment and schedule required corrective actions. Develop and update Bills of Materials in CMMS system. Utilize SAP to plan, schedule, print, document time, and manage WO's from inception through completion. Coordinate outside service request, establish purchase orders, ensure purchase orders are closed and manage expenses within budget requirements. Develops detailed and complete work packages consisting of detailed work instructions, labor estimates, procedures, bills of material, specifications, drawings, tool and equipment requirements, applicable permits, and any other information required to complete work Assist in preparing budget for production and manage expenses within budget requirements. Prioritize work to achieve highest efficiencies possible. Administration of a periodic maintenance program embracing the rebuild, overhauls, component replacement, teardowns, inspections, major lubrication services. Track metrics, performance, and efficiency of work scheduled using spreadsheets and graphs as well as document in report format, PowerPoint slides, and on bulletin boards. Understand environmental requirements as they relate to scheduling and completing work. Evaluates resource requirements (including labor, materials, equipment, tools and services) and reviews work quality. Identify and assist in the implementation of safety or other projects as required. Ensure production areas are maintained to current GMP standards. Publish weekly schedule to establish alignment across functional departments. Keep accurate records as required to protect products, ingredients, processes, and information. Audit and monitor programs and processes as needed to maintain reliability. Read, understand, and comply with SDS's. Maintains all chemical inventory and lubrication for BRC and AIMS Develops action plans with deadlines to achieve the goals set forth by management and track progress on a regular basis. Assist storeroom and purchasing group to kit pre-planned work. Communicate effectively with management regarding PM requirements, completions, and challenges. Update Maintenance Library with new equipment information. Back up purchaser for storeroom parts. Any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. 1-3 Years experience work ng with customers, preferably with Techincal leaders and resources in a technical environment Knowledge and application of a CMMS (SAP Expiernece is Preferred) Excellent leadership skills, communication skills, and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret diagrams, work orders, operating manuals and maintenance instructions in English. Ability to complete forms detailing maintenance work performed.
