As an Inside Sales Rep, you will handle customer requests, process orders, manage records efficiently, and meet sales goals. Responsibilities

• Process and route customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns, assuring accuracy in processing and in print revision levels, order details, and customer information.

• Respond to customer requests for information regarding availability of in-stock items,

• pricing sheets and order status.

• Conduct administration tasks to support the quoting process - set-up and maintain customer files for quotes, follow-up quotes

• Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts.

• Meet sales goals by cold calling potential new customers and maintaining regular communication with existing customers to encourage increased and repeat ordering.
