University of Virginia Capital Budget Analyst in Charlottesville, Virginia
Provides support to Facilities Planning leadership on all capital budget matters. Provides materials and offers support for annual capital budget preparation, day to day capital transaction monitoring and processing. Demonstrates the capability to function as a consultant to provide research and support for hospital operating departments and all Medical Center business units. Demonstrates initiative in analyzing budget variances for capital.

Supports innovation and organizational change to improve effectiveness.
Position Compensation Range: $66,518.40 - $106,433.60 Annual
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
Experience: 3 years relevant experience
Licensure: None
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires sitting for prolonged periods; Repetitive motion: Typing. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly.
