Job Summary: Insight Global is seeking a Workday Solution Architect to join one of our logistics clients, as they implement the Workday Suite into their environment. The Workday Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Workday solutions that align with the strategic goals of the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing architectural frameworks, and ensuring the successful deployment of Workday functionalities. You will play a key role in designing and overseeing the technical architecture for the Workday implementation, ensuring it aligns with HR and organizational goals. Youll be responsible for guiding the system build, encompassing Workday configurations, integrations, data conversion, and security, while ensuring the solution is scalable and meets long-term needs. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive project success.

Skills and Requirements

- Minimum 3+ Full cycle implementation experience in Workday HCM (2000+ employee organization.)

- Data conversion, development, and deployment experience

- Strong functional configuration knowledge

- 80% experience should be in implementation projects and less production support experience.

- Strong in Core HCM , Payroll, Advanced compensation and Talent Modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance modules). ( benefits, absence and time tracking modules are not a must)

- Strong communication. - Workday Pro certification any 1 or more of above modules.

- Experience on the partner side null
