Adecco is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate with a local client in Charlotte, NC ! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

· Contract Type: Temp to Hire

· Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 *Depending on Experience

· Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Responsibilities

• Handle all picking, packing, and shipping of products via LTL and UPS

• Manage inventory placement, product counts, and upkeep

• Maintain delivery and shipping documents

• Provide a high level of customer service, establish and maintain customer relations, and communicate order and delivery information with customers

• Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment

• Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed

• Comply with all OSHA regulations

• Assist company’s Customer Service Representatives and Salespeople with incoming orders

• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Two years of warehouse experience. Forklift and pallet jack experience, a plus

• High school degree or equivalent preferred

• Available to begin early mornings Monday – Friday, and have reliable transportation to on-site location

• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public

• Basic computer experience or knowledge, a plus

Physical Requirements

• Routinely bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
