Sodexo North America (NORAM) is undergoing an IS&T transformation to align with global strategy. We're looking for a Vice President, Technology Data & Digital to ensure that the program for technology is managed both in terms of strategy & execution

This position is highly strategic and foundational for the North American Technology Data & Digital (TDD) strategy and execution. The position is a Sodexo Technology Data & Digital leadership role.

This is a remote role with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Expected travel is 25-50%

The successful candidate will:

• Collaboratively create, share, and communicate the strategic vision for the TDD transformation​.

• Engage with key stakeholders including but not limited to the Pillar leads, CIOs, transformation team of TDD, and ensure alignment and execution.

• Manage and build relationships with the Strategic technology suppliers to ensure timely service delivery to group & regional stakeholders.

• Lead the overall NorAm Technology Data & Digital Transformation Program including but not limited to Gross TDD Financial Management, TDD organization alignment and optimization with industry best practices and technologies required to support the transformation.

• Drive Organization Change Management in alignment with Sodexo’s Business Objectives.

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 10 years experience

• Prior IT transformation experience within a global, matrixed organization

• Demonstrated record of driving initiatives to deliver tangible, sustained business results

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; experience influencing and building leadership alignment

• Experience in executive-level strategy, change, and project management

• Excellent judgement and a strategic mindset to resolve short-term issues and balance longer-term objectives

• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment

• High emotional quotient and strong influencing skills to quickly establish credibility and trust across functions

• Strong consulting toolkit, including proficiency to analyze data and financial statements, craft compelling presentations, and communicate effectively to a wide range of audience members
